What if a product is out of stock?
Our standard lead time for items that have gone out of stock is 4-6 weeks. Sometimes it might be shorter as we try to preempt stock shortages as much as possible.
Please talk to our team so they can help provide a more accurate time frame if you require it.
Where is stock shipped from?
Stock is mostly shipped from our main warehouse in Johannesburg nation wide.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the customers needs, deliveries can take 1-5 business days depending on location, size and weight.
All our small and light orders will have a standard rate applied and should arrive within 1-2 business days. The larger and heavier orders can take 3-5 days depending on location.
If a customer is willing to cover the costs we can always accommodate next day deliveries for larger / heavy orders.
Are we open on weekends?
Southern Elements currently only operates on business days. This is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
*We do plan to start operating on Saturdays in the not too distant future.
What to do if product is damaged during shipping?
If you discover a product is damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately so we can secure a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Do we provide credit accounts?
Southern Elements does not provide any type of credit or account facilities for customers. We have a very strict payment upfront policy for all our customers. Big and small.
